Startup. January 24th in Vancouver, warm enough to leave the canopy open!
Ready to taxi...
Beautiful winter day.
Arrival back at the hangar... the money shot. One hour flight, a few snags with electrical stuff (the shame!). One CHT probe insulation was chafing (inside cockpit) and the oil temperature probe died. A loose battery terminal gave occasional overvoltage alarms.
June 24th, 2006. 2nd place, 'People's Choice Award', Langley BC Fly-In. First place was the beautiful Fairchild 24 restoration in the background... wasn't even close!
